Letter requesting permission to use copyright music video.

Before I can use the track in my music video, I must get permission from the company who wn the copyright for the recording, so I sent this letter to them to enquire if myself and my group can use it. This is the letter I am to e-mail to them:

Dear Sir or Madam:

My name is Henry Adefemi. I am a high school senior studying Media Studies at All Saints school, London, Engalnd. The project we have been set for our coursework is to make a music video for a song of our choice. The song we would like to use is K.I.G ft Wiley, 'We're Rollin', which we find you have the rights to.

There is no interst to sell or misuse the music video in anyway. We do not have any intention to make money or profits from this. We can assure you that this is purely to be used with our projects.

Would you please therefore grant us permission for my group and I to use the song 'We're Rollin' in our assigment?

If you would like to confirm the authorities of this request my
tutor can be contacted at
All Saints Catholic School.

If you have any further questions contact.

Thanking you in advance

If the reply is positive i shall get to work on making the music video, but if it is negitive i shall find another song i wish to use and e-mail an editted version of this letter to the company who own the copyright of that recording.
